It doesn't look much does it?
I hope that after you get a taste of this dish, you would think otherwise.
What you need:
10 cloves of garlic, chopped
1K of chicken breat fillet (or any part of your choice)
1 teaspoon of fresh ginger (finely chopped)
5 tablespoons of sesame seeds
3 tablespoons of olive oil
5 tablespoons of cayenne powder (reduce or increase depending on your taste)
2 cups of water
1 cup of soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste
What to do:
Marinate the chicken in soy sauce, ginger, cayenne powder, salt and pepper for about 30minutes before cooking it.
Put the water in a sauce pan and add the chicken and marinade, boil until the chicken is tender.
In a separate pan, toast the garlic in olive oil, take out the garlic when it becomes brown.
Toast the sesame seeds, then add the chicken. Cook until the chicken is covered with sesame seeds.
Add half of the toasted garlic.
