Beef Salpicao

This is one easy to prepare and cook dish, fit for any dining emergencies!

What you'll need:

1K of beef cut into thin strips
3 tablespoons of olive oil
4 cloves of crushed garlic (add more if you wish)
1 and a half teaspoon of soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste

What you need to do:

Season the beef strips with salt and pepper. Let it stand for about 15 minutes.

In a pan, toast the garlic in olive oil. Remove the garlic from the pan. Then stir fry the beef in the same oil used.

When the beef is about half-cooked, add soy sauce and stir fry the beef to your taste (medium rare, etc).

Put the beef on a plate and top with toasted garlic, serve with rice.
