Weekend Feast | Tuna Omelet

If there's one thing I love doing in the kitchen aside from experimenting on different dishes is preparing something easy which still tastes good.

Last Saturday I was able to do just that.

For the omelet

2 whisked eggs
1 small can of spicy tuna

Fry the eggs in one tablespoon of oil. Once the egg is cooked on one side, place the tuna in the middle of the omelet and fold the egg in half.

Top with some of the remaining tuna and serve with warm toast.

For the toast 

Half a loaf of bread
Spread butter thinly on the bread
Then toast to your liking
