Grilled Skinless Porkchop


Sunday is back to dieting day and since it's quite expensive to fry these babies in olive oil, I decided to just grill the meat and have porkchop bbq. 

I had the crazy idea of photographing the meat while it was cooking and the brainstorm ended when I took a photo of it while it was standing on the grill. Don't worry, I was just cooking the fat even if we don't eat it.

I am quite lucky when it comes to pork dishes, I never learned how to eat the fat that's why it's not a big deal to me if the pork only has a little fat on it.
