Sunday is my dieting cheat day, although it doesn't mean that I won't make a conscious effort to keep track of my portions.
Last night, I ate some dinner after 6PM and here's what we had:
I had about 125g of pasta with 3 tablespoons of Century Spicy Tuna flakes in oil. For the topping we decided to put some cheese on it and some toasted garlic.
To make sauce:
Heat the pan and cook the tuna in its own oil. Once it's cooked, top the pasta with it add some toasted garlic and grated cheese. Voila! An easy to prepare emergency pasta recipe.
