I went to the grocery yesterday and almost fainted when I saw the prices of vegetables! I mean, a very small cabbage head was priced at around PHP20.00 ++. How in the world would I eat enough vegetable servings a day if this is the case?
Well, health cannot be compromised so I decided to buy some vegetables and spread them over the next couple of days. Today I made a side dish from cabbages and eggs, then we had daing na bangus for our main viand. I don't care if the fried fish looked dry, because I made sure that I drained the fish of excess oil. For the veggies, I decided to use olive oil to fry the beaten eggs and saute the cabbage.
