Chicken in White Sauce

It's been a while since I shared a recipe here at my blog and to be honest, I miss it.

So this dish is really easy to make and I hope when you do try it, you'll enjoy it as much as we did.

What you need:

1K chicken nuggets or 1K chicken breast fillet with coating of your choice
3tbsp of cooking oil
1/2 cup water
125g of frozen peas
1 small carrot diced
1 can corn kernel, drained
1 small can of champignion  mushrooms, drained
1 can of mushroom soup

What to do:

  1. Fry the chicken and set it aside
  2. Fry the carrots
  3. In a saucepan heat up the water to a boil and add the mushroom soup
  4. Once the sauce boils, add the carrots, corn, mushrooms and peas
  5. Simmer for 5 minutes or until peas are tender but not overcooked
  6. On a plate put rice, nuggets and top with the sauce. Serve while warm
