Chicken Supreme

You may have noticed that I love chicken dishes and here's another one that I tried out. I call it chicken supreme.

What You'll Need:

24 quail eggs, hard boiled and de-shelled
1 medium carrots, diced
24 pieces young corn sliced into 3 (per piece)
1 red bell pepper, diced
3 pieces regular hotdog, sliced
1K chicken breast fillet
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lite butter
5 cloves of garlic, minced
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 small can of evaporated milk
1/4 cups of water
salt and pepper to taste

What to do:

1. Fry the carrots, bell peppers and hot dogs separately, set aside
2. In a saucepan, melt the butter and saute the chicken in garlic and onions
3. Once the chicken is half cooked, put the water and boil it
4. After the water boils, add the milk and simmer for 5 minutes
5. Then add the carrots, bell pepper, hot dogs, young corn and hard boiled quail eggs. Salt and pepper to taste and simmer for another 5 minutes
6. Serve as a topping to warm rice and enjoy

Brightest Blessings!
