I love crabs and I equally love salads, so I tried an experiment and came up with this:
What You Need:
250g Crab sticks
1 small lettuce head
1/2 can of whole kernel corns
Cilantro finely chopped
2 salted eggs
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon light butter
salt and pepper to taste
What to do:
In a pan heat butter and olive oil.
Sear the crabsticks and set aside
Heat the corn kernels
In a plate arrange the lettuce, top it with crabsticks, corn kernels and cilantro.
To make the vinaigrette:
In the saucepan that you used add a teaspoon of cilantro, the squeezed lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Serve the salad with the vinaigrette and enjoy.
Preparation time takes about 15 minutes tops.
