Pork Adobo Pasta



What you'll need:
1. 1K of adobo cut pork or kasim
2. 1 whole garlic head, minced
3. 1 whole white onion, minced
4. 2 cups water
5. 1 small pack Oyster Sauce
6. 1/4 cup soy sauce
7. 1/4 cup vinegar
8. pepper to taste
9. chili powder (optional)
10. sugar to taste
11. herbs like basil and oregano to taste
12. 500g pasta cooked according to package directions
What to do:
1. Boil pork in water until tender
2. When it's done, add garlic, onion, Oyster Sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, pepper, and herbs of choice. Bring to a boil.
3. Add chili powder if desired and sugar according to taste
Options:
1. Shred pork and fry it until crispy to add as pasta toppings
2. Chop hard boiled egg and top on pasta with fried pork
To serve
Put pasta on plate and top with sauce
or
Put the shredded pork back in the pot with sauce. Add pasta and coat evenly. Serve with fried adobo flakes and chopped hard boiled egg.
